Ruby Griffiths & Stephan Baum
Ruby and Stephan are partners in both life and business, combining their talents to celebrate filmmaking and creativity. Raised in the international film industry, Ruby holds degrees in Psychology and Neuroscience, with years of experience launching a global film award. Stephan brings a decade of expertise in Swiss banking and consulting, along with qualifications in IT, an MBA, and an EMBA. Together, they've built something unique, reflecting their shared passion and vision.

Double Shi is the Co-founder of AfterLoop and our community partner in China. She is a creative technologist focused on AI-driven content production and innovation, with a Master’s degree in Art Direction from UAL. Through After Loop, she connects creators, brands, and technology platforms across the UK and China.

Tianchenglong Yao is the Founder of AfterLoop, a London-based creative community connecting emerging artists and cultural organisations across the UK and China. He is a film director, a jury member for the 35th Hundred Flowers Awards, and a nominated director for the NOWNESS China Talent Programme.
